This space was once an art gallery owned by the Marquises of Santa Cruz de Ynguanzo. Conceived by the Marchioness as a gallery of “hopes, realities, and dreams,” it hosted some of the first exhibitions in Spain by renowned artists such as Andy Warhol, Christo, Adriansens, and others.
The building was the former residence of the marquises and features a classic, stately style, faithful to its aristocratic surroundings. It is located just a few meters from the Hotel Ritz, the Prado Museum, the Stock Exchange, Retiro Park, and the Church of the Jerónimos.
Today, it has been transformed into an elegant New York–style loft with four-meter-high ceilings.
