This building, located at 20 San Lorenzo Street, was constructed in the second half of the 19th century by the Marquis of Villamagna, who established his residence there for several years. It was later acquired by the Vatican and, throughout its history, has housed everything from a university to a residence for a religious order.
Its rooms still preserve their original appearance, as renovations have respected the building’s structure and original details. The spaces have been fully adapted for contemporary use while retaining original 19th-century frescoes. Today, it serves as a student residence.
